“I am a great sinner and beg for the forgiveness of my sins,” said Mr. Biren, a village charmer in Bangladesh. “When I watched the Jesus Film and realized the power of Jesus Christ, I was very moved and an invisible power touched and shook me. I understood that I have sinned by cheating and misguiding the simple village people. I confess that I am a great sinner and now beg for the forgiveness of my sins. I have never experienced this kind of peace before.”

 Praise God for using the JESUS Film to show Mr. Biren the peace of forgiveness.

Al-Amin Molla, son of Jahangir Molla and Beuti Begum, attends the CDC. He reads in class four. His father is a fisherman. There are five members in their family. They live in a house made of straw. Al-Amin’s father earns only a small amount of money. Because fishing is seasonal work, he is jobless the rest of the year. So Jahangir is unable to bear the educational and other expenses of his children.

When Jahangir heard about the CDC, he took his son Al-Amin and enrolled him in the Center. Al-Amin likes to go to school. He attends regularly and also participates in the other activities of the CDC program.

In the month of May suddenly the cyclone “Aila” partly destroyed Al-Amin’s house. Their house is still surrounded by water.

This is a very difficult time for Al-Amin’s family. His father does not have enough money to repair the house. He can’t go fishing, because this is not the season for fishing. Al-Amin receives one meal in the CDC, but most of the other family members are starving. Please pray for Al-Amin and his family, so that they can safely come through this situation.

The JESUS Film team showed the JESUS Film in Nepal. A viewer by the name of Kumar shared,  “I lived a wrong life, beating my wife and refusing to allow my children to go to school. I often visited the wine shop after work. I was raised in a specific set of religious beliefs. By watching the JESUS Film, my eyes were opened to see the truth. My heart melted as I received the love of Christ and I accepted Him as my Savior. From that day, I realized my responsibility as a father and husband. I stopped going to the places I used to go and quarrelling has been replaced by peace in my family. The three JESUS Film team members are like angels to me. ” Pray for Kumar as he grows in Christ.
